A normal sweep booking does not cover any birds nest removal or blockages.
Inspection Fee Appointments are booked on the basis that we will be attending to sweep a chimney or chimneys. If we are unable to sweep an appliance due to its condition, problems with access, installation issues or other hazards identified, we will charge a standard £40 Inspection Fee per chimney.
